I am going to tell you about my 5 month journey to success. Exactly how I got there and how I got there. I am going to tell you all of the amazing resources I found along the way that have made my journey much easier and more profitable. There are ways for teenagers to make money online. I found one of the absolute best resources in a website called Wealthy Affiliate. If I could tell you one place to start, it would be wealthy affiliate over anywhere else.

Where I Started
I had dreams of not working during college, so I started looking for ways to make money for myself. I looked into just about everything you could think of. I tried a few home businesses but they never had the results I wanted. I tries buying and selling on eBay, that sure did not work for me. I think I lost about $200 on that experiment... lol...
Well, I then found internet marketing. Internet marketing really looked great to me because it was pay based on performance. The better you are, the more money you make. I loved this idea because I hate working for an hourly wage. I think an hour of your life is worth more than $8 bucks and we should be able to decide what we get paid. Also you get to be your own boss. You can work when you want and take time off whenever you want.
So after doing a little research about internet marketing, I decided to give it a try.
The Bad Part...
Alright, here is the part of my internet marketing career that I messed up in. Like I said, I did a little research and decided to try internet marketing. Well I did not do enough research as I should have. I signed up for a website called "Project Payday". (Note: Do not sign up for this website... You will lose money very quickly!) This website was a scam site where you signed up for website offers and they gave you a commission of the money received for delivering leads. You then canceled you trial membership and made a little money. In theory this could work, but if are not super careful, you will start to see hidden charges come up on your credit card. You have to give your phone number to the offer pages and they would call constantly trying to get you to renew your membership.
Shave yourself time and money. Do not give project payday a try...
I tried a few other places with little success. Another thing I did wrong was buy e-books. Do not get me wrong, e-books can be really great and I still buy one from time to time but do not buy them if you know nothing about internet marketing. So, at this point I have lost hundreds of dollars that I worked really hard for. All because I was just jumping into any offer I came across. It would have been great to have someone point me in the right direction.
This Is Where It Gets Good...
So after all of this loss of money and wasted time I was just about ready to give it all up. No more scams or false hope. I would just work a day job in college like everyone else. (Note: Some people have it in them to work for someone for a low wage just to get by... I do not have that quality...) I could not give up. Life would be so much better if I could just make this work...
It was on my 18th birthday that I found Wealthy Affiliate. I joined and that was the end of my internet marketing career being a failure. Wealthy Affiliate taught me how to be a real internet marketer, not just how to chase a quick buck. This is my wealthy affiliate story...
I logged in for the first time and my jaw hit the floor. The website is put together so well and is very easy to navigate around. The information available was amazing. I had never seen so much useful information on one site. I started absorbing as much as I could. I knew that I had found something great.
So basically I spent the first two weeks learning how to make money online. I went to the wealthy affiliate forum (which is the most useful tool ever!) and started asking questions. The experienced marketers that were members answered every question I threw at them! The help I recieved was incrediable. I knew I was going to make some good money with internet marketing.

My First Money Made Online
I decided it was tie to put what I was learning into practice. I wrote one article about an e-book and submitted it to three article directories. This was just a practice article and I had no intention of making money off of it. Well, I checked my affiliate account the next day and to my amazement I had sold two copies of the e-book for a grand total of $32.45! I literally took me 45 minuets to write that article and submit it. I think my head nearly hit the roof!
I became super motivated to work harder and make more money. I was on wealthy affiliate constantly. I would even get on it at school and write articles! I started making more and more money. Pretty soon I had made all of the money I had lost in past efforts back and then some. I was estatic at how great this was. I set goals and hit them every time! I was on a roll and nothing could stop me.
Today I make about $150 a day from past efforts that keep making sales. I am in my first year of college now and am supporting myself. All of my friends want to do internet marketing to. I told them to join wealthy affiliate and I love helping them succeed.
My Advise To You
If you want to work for yourself and live a great life the way you want to, internet marketing is a great way to do that. I will tell you this now; wealthy affiliate will make you succeed faster than anywhere else. I love helping people succeed in this business.
